I have a candid, documentary style approach to most of my photography on your wedding day. (Cliché, I know, but trust me… I do it well.)

This allows me to capture genuine moments that don’t feel staged or posed.
I will make you feel as comfortable and natural as possible while taking your couple photos. (Because if we’re anything alike, trying to look good for the camera doesn’t come naturally for us.)

The goal is that you feel like I’m there as a part of your big day, and not just “The photographer, that also tends. to get in the way.”

I prefer shooting “Full day” weddings, so I can document every little piece of it, from the ladies getting hair and makeup done, or the groomsman’s first cheers before heading to the venue, and all the funny faces and shot worthy moments while you’re busy doing whatever it is you do on your wedding day.

At the core of how I approach all family or couples shoots, is making it enjoyable for everyone involved. The goal is to feel like the camera isn’t there. Unless I tell you to look down the barrel for the handful of obligatory shots.

These should be fun, relaxing and easy.

You name the event, I’ll shoot it.
Be it a 21st or 1st birthday, your art exhibitions private closing party, or even your nan’s retirement party. If it’s a special day to any extent, it deserves to be documented.

Each event can look vastly different, therefore I work directly with you and / or the event planner to make sure I get full coverage of everything that matters along with all my own “shot worthy” moments throughout the event.
